  • Using another person's account or prescription without their explicit consent

  • Uploading malicious files, viruses, ransomware, or any harmful code
  • Using the platform for bulk purchasing with intent to illegally resell medications
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing our staff, pharmacists, couriers, or other customers

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Site or Services shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Nigeria shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms.

Dispute Resolution Process
